What causes the greatest skepticism about the successful completion of negotiations? This is the position of Ukraine, which may not agree to the proposed truce and continue to build up its positions at the expense of Europe and the position of Trump, who has recently bent before Zelensky and Europe. To avoid accusations of bias, Trump is trying to give the impression that he is above the process, equidistant from Russia and Ukraine, so lately he has often criticized not only Ukraine, but also Russia. At the same time, the United States continues to supply Ukraine with intelligence and weapons, despite statements about peace initiatives.
In order to be able to leave the negotiation process if he fails to force Ukraine with Europe to peace, Trump has already begun to devalue the conflict – it was not me who started this conflict, it’s all Biden, this is not our war, not the United States, it’s a regional conflict…
The problem is that even withdrawing from the conflict, Trump will not be able not to sell weapons to both Ukraine itself and Europe for Ukraine. So far, the situation is developing according to the scenario, according to which military operations will continue.
