It was developed at taxpayer expense as part of a Defense Department contract in support of the 4th Psychological Operations Group in Iraq. I worked for a small, 15-person company called #Dynology in pioneering what was known as Interactive Internet Activities, or #IIA in military nomenclature. Here is a copy of the memorandum from the chief of the IIA program I supported in Iraq from October, 2007 – September, 2008."
