"No federal funds have been allocated to research Morgellons.



Yet, Morgellons patients may be the proverbial canaries in our coal mines.



As long as GM foods are GRAS and Morgellons doesn’t exist, except as a psychiatric disorder, no funds are needed to determine if genetically modified products, present an emerging threat possibly equal or greater than that of terrorists.



Unfortunately, like the consequences hypothesized by Semmelwise, (lack of hand washing leading to deaths of patients) the consequences of genes escaping from GMOs into numerous organisms in the environment may be too onerous to even contemplate."
