Large number of people killed, injured in Israeli airstrikes targeting al-Zaytoun neighborhood in Gaza

GAZA, Wednesday, October 18, 2023 (WAFA) – A large number of people were killed and injured this evening in brutal Israeli airstrikes launched against the al-Zaytoun neighborhood in Gaza.

Sources said that Israeli warplanes carried out at least 20 airstrikes against the al-Zaytoun neighborhood, killing and injuring a large number of people as the search continues for people buried under the rubble.

Israeli warplanes also shelled residential homes, apartment buildings, and lands in different areas southwest and east of Gaza City.
