[IDK Perhaps 2020 is the year IBD/TIPP gets it wrong, doubtful. Perhaps Emerson’s spot on this year. That’s the thing about polling. Even the polls that get things exactly wrong somehow manage to stay in business. If Trump runs the 2016 campaign in 2020, I don’t think it works. Some of what Trump says about China is true. But I don’t think the constant strong-arming works for Independents.]
